What are the cancellation terms?
Generally, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in writing.
Up to two months before the start of your holiday, we will not charge any fees. In the event of a cancellation 8 weeks to one month before arrival, we charge 40 per cent of the total price; up to one week before arrival, 70 per cent of the total price. For cancellations made in the last week before arrival, 90 per cent of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, we must charge the full amount.
