Are you looking for a private holiday home in Tyrol that combines tranquillity, quality and a natural feel? At the Bio Chalets Alpegg in Waidring, you’ll be living mindfully – in your own organic wooden chalet, with plenty of privacy and furnishings that are minimalist, high-quality and timeless.
Our chalets are built from timber and furnished with natural materials sourced from the region. Every detail has been chosen with care – from bespoke wooden furniture to thoughtfully designed retreats. The result is a living experience that helps you slow down and creates space for genuine relaxation.
The Alpegg Organic Chalets are family-run and deliberately kept on a small scale. A small number of chalets, plenty of space – for couples, families or friends who want to spend their holiday independently and at their own pace.
Outside the six organic wooden chalets in Waidring, the diversity of nature unfolds in small, lovingly designed areas. Nestled within the landscape of the Kitzbühel Alps, the garden offers exceptional spots for relaxing, observing and getting active – for young and old alike.
A special spot is the romantic hunting hide with a view, from which a sweeping view of the surrounding mountains unfolds. Right next to it lies the nature-oriented biotope with a water garden, home to a diverse range of plants and a peaceful retreat where you can linger.
Children will find plenty to discover in the nature-inspired play area a space to explore, whilst those who love to be active can try their hand at the outdoor bouldering wall.
The garden of the Bio Chalets Alpegg is not a large park, but a thoughtfully designed natural space that has been awarded the ‘Natur im Garten’ (Nature in the Garden) label. Native plants, low-impact maintenance and carefully designed retreats create space for tranquillity, sweeping views and genuine holiday moments.

Arriving in the lobby
In our lobby, you can arrive in a relaxed manner and feel at home straight away. Here you’ll find a tea and coffee corner as well as a table football table for a quick game in between activities or a cosy way to round off the day.
For playtime, big and small
Toys are available for our younger guests to borrow. You’ll also find a selection of board games in the cupboard for cosy, shared moments indoors.
Practical and well-organised in the main building
In the main building, you’ll find everything you need to make your stay even more hassle-free: a laundry and drying room is available for you to use free of charge at any time. There’s also a ski and bike room where you can store and securely keep your equipment – practical, dry and well-organised for both summer and winter.
Holidays with your dog at the Bio Chalet
Your four-legged friend is also welcome here. On request, we’ll be happy to provide a cosy dog bed for your dog, so that your four-legged family members can also feel at home in our organic timber chalet in Tyrol.
