The accommodation contract is concluded on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006).

BOOKING
The accommodation booked is reserved solely for the number of people specified in the relevant written confirmation. Subletting is not permitted. All accommodation, as well as the chalet’s facilities and amenities, are reserved exclusively for our registered guests.
PAYMENT
Please transfer the deposit, amounting to 40 per cent of the holiday price, to the specified bank account immediately upon acceptance of the offer. The booking is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit, which will be credited in full towards the total invoice. The total invoice must be settled no later than 7 days before arrival or paid by bank transfer immediately after booking, upon receipt of the invoice. Within the EU and from EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), SEPA transfers in euros are possible without additional fees. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and V-Pay.

Check-out: by 10.00 am
We ask that you depart on time, as a late departure will incur a charge of 50 per cent of the daily rate.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only valid if made in writing. You can find the cancellation policy here.
Cancellation/Price errors: The landlord reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings in the event of obvious price errors resulting from technical faults, mistakes or inaccurate price information. In this case, the guest will be informed and may either confirm the booking at the corrected price or cancel it free of charge, in which case any payments already made will be refunded in full.
Jurisdiction
In addition, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions (ÖHVB) apply. The place of jurisdiction is the Regional Court of Innsbruck.
