BOOKING
The booked accommodation is reserved only for the number of persons specified in the respective written confirmation. Subletting is not permitted. All accommodations as well as facilities and amenities of the chalet are exclusively reserved for our registered guests.

PAYMENT
Please transfer the deposit of 40% of the total travel price directly after accepting the offer to the specified bank account. The reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and will be fully credited to the total invoice amount.
The remaining balance must be paid up to 7 days before arrival or immediately after booking upon receipt of the invoice.
Within the EU and EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), SEPA transfers in Euro are possible without additional fees.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and V-Pay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
We kindly ask for punctual departure, as a late check-out may be charged at 50% of the daily rate.

GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellations are only valid in written form. You can find the cancellation conditions here.
Cancellation / Price errors: The landlord reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of obvious price errors due to technical faults, mistakes, or inaccurate price information. In this case, the tenant will be informed and may confirm the booking at the corrected price or cancel free of charge, whereby any payments already made will be fully refunded.

Jurisdiction
In addition, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply. The place of jurisdiction is the Regional Court of Innsbruck.
